Oh man. Marvel: The Conflict Begins, Swarm of the Marrow, Rise of the Valkyrie, Road to the Forgotten Forest, Ticalla Jungle, Thaelenk Tundra. I'm pretty sure that's all that I own. XD

The collection is split between my two brothers and I. We tried for the longest time to get the castle set, but it was always out of stock whenever we got to the store.

Oh cool, well there is still a lot! The castle set is great, I have it and it is so much fun to use!

I had the exact same problem as you, have you tried ebay? Thats where I eventually got mine and there is usually one up on there for a fairly cheap price.

Yeah, I didn't think to use it until a couple of years ago, but it is a good way of getting them now, since Heroscape got cancelled. In fact, it is probably one of the only ways left now :L.
